  Be aware that their new patient paperwork states that they will charge you for not cancelling an appointment 48 hours in advance, regardless of circumstances basically. They threatened in more way than one to report me to collections for not wanting pay a $50 'missed appointment fee' which I cancelled in advance less than the 48 hours required.
  They probably have more clauses you should be aware of that other offices wouldn't make their patients sign, review the paperwork before committing here.
  
  All that aside, some good and bad:
  They rarely answer their phone during business hours.
  The hygienists were friendly and efficient, and the environment is nice.
  They could really use better people at the front desk under the current system.
  After insurance, I paid less for a visit than the $50 fee they charged me... so that's good I guess.
