  Jess has vast knowledge when it comes to great hair. I have gone to Jess for many years as she is knowledgeable with unruly, curly hair and is an expert with color. I can count on her when I am in for a new hair color, taming to my frizzy hair, a new hair style or when I need correcting for a color mishap through my experimentation with boxed color. I cannot stop boasting about Jess’ skill base. She is a Godsend. Plus Jess always has a friendly smile when I visit, and makes time for her clients. I am grateful for her and the Pampered Me Salon.

  This place does have great prices BUT you definitely get what you pay for, so this is partially my fault. I went in to get a couple inches cut off and that part looks good. I had also asked for an undercut with a pretty simple design. The lady Jodi had said she was able to do what I had showed her in the picture, but clearly she wasn't capable. I wish she had just said she wasn't comfortable doing it, so then I could have had it done right elsewhere.
  Below on the left is the picture of the undercut design I showed to Jodi, and on the right is what I ended up with. As anyone can see, the design isn't even really a design. It looks like a bunch of random, crooked lines.
