  Kyle has most helpful in helping with my hearing aids. Having 2 1/2 years ago moved into the area, he was very thorough in checking my ears, cleaning and ensuring the Phonak Hearing Aid was set up for optimum hearing, not just resting on past settings. Recently one of my dogs got a hold and chewed my left aid. Kyle sent to the corporate facility for repair or replacement. In the interim, Kyle loaned me a test set of hearing aids until the original was returned. Between Kyle and office manager Mira, the experiences at this Connect Hearing office has been exceptional!
