  I would never give a negative review, simply because of a single experience. You can't judge a place that way, but my last three experiences with this location were just awful. I was first told that my entire basement would be hard wooded, and the guy onsite only did three quarters because he couldn't work around my water heater. Then I was sold a shower set that ended up costing twice what it was worth because the bar codes were mismatched, only to be told, and I quote "it happens all the time." Today was the last straw. I had a downed piece of equipment I rented from this location, which I was told I wasn't being charged for, until I could get the equipment upright. Based on the Home Depot rep's suggestion, I did nothing about it for five days. Then what do you know, it turns out they were charging me, they can't do anything about a refund, because its not there company (even though I did rent it from their store), and my favorite part is Home Depot rep says, and I quote "happens all the time". You guys really need to re-examine your quality control measures, because it is slipping - badly.
