  Highly recommend working with Jared.
  
  We relocated to Colorado from out of state. Jared made the home buying process so easy, smooth and enjoyable. We worked in different time zones and under a bit of a time crunch. Jared was always available to help keep the process moving. He was very knowledgeable about the area and answered our many questions.   Jared went above and beyond for us! Without him, we never would have been able to buy the home we wanted. He was patient and helpful when we weren't sure what we wanted and creative when it came to getting us the right home. He never made us feel pressured to go above our budget or make a decision quickly and made the process fairly painless (at least as painless as buying a house can be). I highly recommend Jared and have already done so with my friends and colleagues! We won't be using any other realtor.
