  Had bought my dirt bikes there and had a great time doing it. Things have changed in a big way. Took a wheel to have the steam valve replaced. They said it will take 2 days to get one. Called on wed and said will be done by Friday, called Friday and told me the part was backorder for a week... guys ... a phone call would be the right thing to do. Service guy needs training and when I wanted to talk to the manager of service he was sitting there and basically he ignored me. Hate to say it but its not working for me. It's about the service,that's it. If I did what you guy did to me I wouldn't have a job.
