  As a Realtor, I have been so impressed by the quality of the home that Vertex builds. The job is done right. From energy efficiency and structural integrity to cosmetic beauty, they offer a high end product at an unbelievable price in the NoCo area. Bravo, Vertex. Keep up the good work!

  I only give one star for this company because there is no 0 stars!
  Beware of this company, they are not doing what they are promising, but of course they have a very nice contract that allows them to get away with anything they want.
  
  Do not believe a word of them, specially the incredible fishkin team, who never seems to know what they are doing, they say they are in your side, until their is a problem, then you are on your own.
  
  Would not recommend them to anyone.
