  I went in to get a suit. After 15 minutes of waiting to be helped I finally grab the guy working the floor and had to ask for help. I explained that I thought I was a 44R but I needed a new suit and wanted to make sure I was getting the right size. I thought he did a good job helping me so I also purchased a couple shirts, ties and a pair of shoes. The suit had to be special ordered.
  I went in to get the suit fitted when it arrived. A different gentleman helped me. He was on top of his game. He had me change into the new suit while he got the seamstress. She came out, took one look and said it was the wrong size. They started talking refunding and reordering and did not try to consult me about what to do. I politely interjected, pulled out my receipt and explained why I had went to them for this suit and I was displeased the first guy didn’t do his job. Once they listened to me they became extremely sympathetic to my situation and the gentleman whom was helping me produced a great looking grey suit in my size that was the same cut as the suit I had ordered. They took the measurements and promised me a date that would work with my schedule to pick it up. Overall I think my experience was great. I was taught not to judge business by mistakes when they occur, but on how they handle the solutions. I will be back to this store.
