  I saw Dr. Quigley for a DOT physical and had a horrible experience. I had a couple of valid medical issues that I needed to clear up before I was able to receive my DOT Medical Card but the concern I have is the way it was all handled. During my initial appointment I was given two papers for each of the two items I needed to follow-up on and I was told exactly what I needed to do and documentation I need to bring back from my primary care doctor. I met with my primary care physician and received and dropped off all of the information Dr. Quigley asked for from the initial appointment. I was told by Dr. Quigley that he now needed an additional lab test before he would sign off on the medical card. So, I went back to my primary care doctor and had my blood drawn for the specific lab test he requested and delivered the results to Dr. Quigley. Then I was told that Dr. Quigley still would not sign off on the medical card and that I needed to come back to his office for a simple finger prick blood test which could have been done on the day of the original appointment. This whole process took 3 weeks and caused me to miss work and pay for doctors appointments and lab work that ended up being unnecessary in the end. I provided feedback to the office manager at UCHealth and never heard anything back regarding this matter. I would not recommend Dr. Quigley nor UCHealth Occupational Health if you need a DOT physical unless you like wasting time and money.
